Works fine on a 2005 Toyota Tacoma
Instructions for the 2005 Tacoma (20-30 min job). Having a flashlight may help depending on lighting conditions. Materials needed: paper towels, contactor spray, disposable gloves, new bulbs, and long narrow screwdriver and 10mm socket/ratchet are optional. Perform driver's side first since there is better access and knowing the procedure will help on the passenger side. Alternatively, remove the windshield washer fluid reservoir (two 10mm bolts) on the passenger side to provide unobstructed access to the passenger side bulb:1. Remove the bulb connector by pulling straight back (no clips here) and set aside out of the way. In my case, the connectors were greasy. So, either wear disposable gloves or clean them first.2. Remove the round black weather boot by pulling on the tabs. A screwdriver may help, just be careful not to pierce the rubber.3. There is a bulb retaining clip (similar to a paperclip) that is hinged on one side and hooked on the other. Simply press on the hooked side and lift using a single finger and the retainer will swing open like a door. Observe orientation of the old bulb before removing and then pull it straight out.4. Install the new bulb, reattach the retaining clip making sure it hooks completely (a narrow screwdriver may be required).5. Reinstall the weather boot making sure it seats all the way around to avoid moisture entering the headlight.6. If you have electrical contact spray, spray that onto the connector contacts (in my case, corrosion was apparent) before reonnecting to the bulb.7. Repeat process on other side and then test hi and lo beam functions and you should be all set. Dealerships charge about $120 per bulb change. So, treat yourself to a beer with the savings🙂

4 stars because price to value is worth buying.
These bulbs were under 4$ ive bought a lot of 50$ sets of bulbs so let's agree to not compare apples to orange. Stick to the 4$ here. I installed these on a 2006 prius after one burned out last summer. They are good lights brightness is good, color is like stock, life just a little over a year and one of them burned out. Again 4$ so of coarse i ordered 2 more sets and just put them in the glove box. Usually i replace both at once. But for the sake of seeing how long the other one lasts i only replaced the burnt out one this time. We are at about 15 months now so working. Are your bulbs easy to change? Yes, Order 2 sets. Keep them in your glove box and save some money.

Great OEM bulbs
This bulb was right on fit exactly as it should have. And I know that German autos come with hella so that's why I used it not that German cars are quality autos anymore but you get it. Hella means quality to me. Shipping packages were good and well protecting the bulbs thank you

Good bulbs
These are good bulbs and the pricing was very reasonable. I have gone up dramatically since I bought mine. But they are great value for the money I paid.

Original equipment replacement dim and bright headlights
You cant beat these old school bulbs. You get 2 for the price of 1 and there bright bulbs. The installation of the bulb went as smooth as possible and my new bulb was working, the hood was shut and I was done in 1 minute tops. But it probably will take longer for your average DiY "Shadetree mechanic,"being that I'm a certified mechanic with over 25 years in the biz and have done bulb swaps 1000's of time to say the least,of coarse helped me with my speedy time, which I was shooting for.Its a simple fix anybody could do there self in under 5 minutes,no need getting help.YOU CAN DO IT!

They're fine
I use these in a 20-year-old Saab, which turns the lights on whenever the car is running; this is hard on bulbs. These last around 2 years, which is not as long as the Philips I used to use but is much better on an hours-per-dollar basis. They are also not bright compared to modern headlights, but I expect that is not entirely the fault of the bulb. For my purposes they're fine.Replace them in pairs. I didn't do that this week, and my two lamps are at noticeably different brightnesses. The other one will go in soon.
