Hard hat clips
Clips for my cap lamp on the hard hat. Up to this point, the clips have held in place. I work in a harsh environment at work, and the clips are doing the job. I do recommend for all blue collar workers.

Pegamento

Basic but helps so much
I had problems with my headlamp not wanting to stay on my hat. These little clips helped a lot and are sticking in place so far. We will see how they hold up in colder and wetter weather coming up.

Brightening Up Your Dangerous Spaces: A Review of Lenporl Hard Hat Clips
Ah, the joys (and perils) of homeownership! As a home inspector, I navigate attics and crawl spaces with practiced ease. But my own house? That's a different story. Maybe it's because I'm hyperaware of my surroundings during inspections. But at home, lost in project mode, darkness becomes my enemy. Who wants to choose between a headlamp and a hard hat while navigating a dim attic? Enter the Lenporl Hard Hat Clips – a solution I recently discovered (and promptly bumped my head into appreciating).Just the other day, a rogue rafter met my head in the attic. Thankfully, the hard hat (worn thanks to these clips!) took the brunt of the impact. Crisis averted, thanks to the headlamp that remained securely attached. Now, onto the not-so-bright aspects of this product. Instructions? Nowhere to be found. So, here are some hard-won lessons for your attic adventures!First, those 3M adhesive strips? Friendship takes time. Let them bond for a few hours before introducing the elastic band (which will inevitably test that bond). Plan ahead, folks! Second, clip orientation is a bit of a mystery. With the opening facing down, the hard hat's curvature pulls the headlamp band upwards. This can make sliding the band into the clip a challenge, thanks to the hard hat's lip (if yours is similar to mine). My solution? Open the clip upwards and stretch the headlamp band generously. This reduces upward pressure, and the clips have a strong enough grip to handle moderate elastic tension.Let's be honest, this might be more instruction than the product deserves. But hey, I appreciate its existence! And if you goof up the first attachment? No worries, there are plenty of clips for multiple attempts. The Lenporl Hard Hat Clips score a decent 4 stars. They're affordable and solve a real problem for home improvement enthusiasts who value both safety and light. While the lack of instructions is a head-scratcher (pun intended!), the abundance of clips provides room for trial and error. So, if you're tired of choosing between a headlamp and a hard hat in dimly lit spaces, these clips are a lifesaver (or at least, a head-bump saver). Just remember to plan ahead with adhesive curing time, and you'll be navigating those attics with newfound illumination (and protection).

Just what we needed
I purchased lights for the project team’s hard hats but the band wouldn’t stay on and continued to slide up and off. I ordered these to attach to the hard hats in hopes that the light band would stay put. I used 4 on each hard hat; they were easy to put on. And…problem solved! I highly recommend!
