Spiritual Excellence
As a recently qualified Kundalini Yoga Master, this Yoga Stick is the perfect addition to my practices. Used by Great Masters of the past it can help with some postures and exercises, I mainly use this for Naam Simran while a Mala sits in my hand making the experience comfortable. Good for Nadi Shodhana Pranayama
Used for Swara Yoga and Pranayama, specifically Nadi Shodhana. It is very effective, I would say superior to using your hand to alter the flow.
