It’s great
I love this tricycle it’s easy to ride and I don’t fall off .I like the color too. I’m 5’2 and a half so I bought the 20 inch tricycle. My second time riding it the chain came off when I scooted and lifted it to walk it across the street so my dad tightened the chain and it rides great so far after he tightened it . Overall It rides smoothely and it came with all the parts in the box. I bought a bicycle lock to lock it in public . That’s the lock in the basket.

Horrible instructions
Very difficult to build. The instructions are unclear and it took us HOURS to build this bike. There was also some parts that were bent and we had to manually bend them back in order for the parts to fit.

Beauty bike
This bike was beautiful, the instructions were a pain in the ass lol and it doesn’t come with both brakes just one set of brakes. Overall though it’s a beautiful bike when put together💛

Wife loves this trike!
My wife has back problems and cannot balance a bike. When we moved to a new city that had great streets for riding, I ordered this so she could ride along with the kids. She loves it!I have built MANY bikes, and found this one to be pretty straight forward. The instructions are so-so. I already know the basic mechanics so was able to figure it out easily. If you have never built a bike before this one might be a little much to take on for a first timer. Trikes pose slightly different issues than a standard bike. But if you are handy and mechanically inclined, you should be alright. The Video shows you the basics, but it does not explain what might happen. For example, if you put the back wheels on too tightly, the pedal brake will engage making it difficult to pedal. How to adjust your front brakes, or how to adjust the gear shifting etc... If you do not already know these things, then you may be better served to hire it done. Those things will affect your enjoyment of the trike.Otherwise, this is a GREAT purchase. I am very siatsfied and for the first time, my wife can ride with the kids. She loves the freedom and not being on the sidelines anymore.

Pretty bike but very heavy!
I gave this product three stars because the bike seat and basket came damaged and because the bike was very difficult to assemble (per the two people who assembled the bike) . Customer service is excellent! I am trying to stretch the basket back into shape and trying to ignore the damage on the seat. Customer service offered to make good on the damage but I dropped the ball. I did not ride the bike yet but it sure looks pretty all assembled and I am looking forward to taking it for a ride very soon.

Beautiful. But...
This is a very beautiful bike. And that is the best I can say about it. My brother-in-law came over yesterday to assemble it and it went fairly well until he got to the very end and was dealing with the shifter and the brake assembly. That's when he discovered parts were missing and the parts that were there did not fit into each other properly. So basically I have a beautiful bike that I can't ride. The instruction manual, if you can call it that, was a little to no help. It referred to washers as brackets and the accompanying photographs that were intended to assist with the assembly were shot way too close up so there was no perspective and it was very hard to determine what piece you were supposed to be working on. All in all I am extremely disappointed. I expected to be riding my bike today. And instead I'm looking for a bike shop to take it to in the hope that they can complete the assembly and provide the missing parts. I'm very upset that I have to come out of pocket to make this bike rideable, on top of the almost $350 I spent for the bike. I would not recommend purchasing. Although I must say it is a gorgeous bike that will stay pristine because apparently I'll never be able to ride it.
