Did not come with extension pieces.

Just returned from 2 weeks away where my fiancé and I wanted to keep active and train. Usually we just take some elastic training bands or struggle with finding some sort of weights when there or a gym with actual dumbbells you can train properly with and use full range of motion. These were awesome. Light and easy to pack into travel bag and took less than 10 minutes to fill all 8 weight discs with water to use all holiday (8 in total but you can train with only 4 or 2 to make lighter if needed). Strong, good quality materials and so easy to put together / swap out weights means can be used for light training or heavier training if needed. I’ve even filled them up since returning home and can’t see the need to buy any other dumbbells to use at home yet!

Loved the concept, however they weren’t very easy to fill and would be a better, truer lifting weight if the bar was longer in order to attach the other bags.

I purchased these hoping that I could make myself a 25kg weight, this was not possible as I received no extension pole. The max weight I could get was around 18kg and if I done any training with this the pole would definitely snap. It's extremely flimsy.The product is ok if you want 8kg dumbbells, or you could make one 12kg dumbbell but I wouldn't risk adding more weight than that.Very disappointed, I contacted the seller asking for the instructions and an extension pole and I'm still waiting for a reply over two weeks later.I was planning on buying two sets so I could make myself two 25kg dummbells since I travel a lot for work and hotel gyms are very poorly equipped most of the time. I'm glad I only bought one as it was a waste of money for my purposes. Guess I will stick to the resistance bands I have until I can find a better product.

I've been using these for a few weeks now and no problem so far. I travel a lot with work and use a small filter to fill them up as it's quicker and less messy. I'm loving not having to find a gym whenever I travel as I can use these in the hotel room as they don't require a stand. So far so good! Like the colour too.

Love these weights. Prefer the black colour but they have only just come in stock. Good price for what you get. Easier for me to use at home as I don't need a stand and they don't damage the floor. Also use them when I'm away with work

I have only used them a few times, but I really like them. They are not too difficult to fill. Someone suggested submerging them in water, but that did not work for me, but if you get the tap to a steady stream, they fill up.

I bought these for when i was staying away from home and couldn't get to my local gym, they were perfect and had a good heavy weight when filled with water, will order a second set soon
