I had known of devices such as this that would stretch your neck, but never tried one until now. When I ordered it, I thought it was going to be bigger than what it was, but soon realized that sometimes good things come in small packages. The device can be used two different ways in order to stretch your neck. I first tried using it with the “C” shape pointing toward my shoulders. I laid there for several minutes and my whole body relaxed. When I lifted my head to get up, I heard an audible “pop, pop, pop” in my neck and it felt amazing! I did try to stretch my neck on the opposite side of the device, but found the stretch too much for me though I’m sure someone more limber would enjoy it. (*I used the device with my legs bent and feet flat on the floor as my back ends up arching off the ground otherwise, making it uncomfortable.)I am definitely hopeful that this product will continue to help my neck over time.

Every morning when I wake up, I just have a sore neck and shoulder. I had bought one of these without any heating ability earlier this yr due to my neck problems. I got this one to see if the heat in combination with the stretching would help even more. I was quite surprised at how hot it actually got!
