YOGABODY Yoga Trapeze Ceiling Hooks, Indoor or Outdoor Suspension Trainer, Set of 2

The product itself is great... only issue is the bolts to attach to stonework... poor quality. I ended up buying some anchor bolts from screwfix for £5 which worked perfectly.

A well made anchor supplied with two types of screw fittings. Note that if you are fixing into brick or concrete you need to drill a 12mm hole.. This could be difficult unless you have a powerful drill ,preferably SDS. This is not a criticism of the ceiling hook since it is necessary to ensure a sound fix to the wall. The fixing is solid and well made.

I spent the extra money on the yogabodies trapeze because I’d tried a class where I used one, and on looking it up on amazon.com it had so many good reviews I decided it was worth the extra few pounds above other brands that didn’t have that sort of review history. I’m glad I did, I love the trapeze and have been on it constantly since I got it installed. Good quality and feels safe. The instruction video that comes with it is helpful and there are videos on YouTube from yogabodies and others too. The most difficult part was getting someone in to install it - if you’re ceiling mounting like me be sure to get someone who knows what they’re doing. The fixings pack is sturdy (though an extra £25 on top of the price of the trapeze) and my builder said they were more than adequate for the job.

I mean... They do work. I'm hanging in it just fine. BUT the terrible noise of the material straps against the metal hooks is unbearable. I contacted yoga body's directly who said they had 'never heard this complaint " but... I should oil the hooks and straps. After some online research I saw people with similar problems who put a piece of felt between the 2 surfaces. As you can see from my photo. This works and the squeeking is now less. If I was to do it all again I would probably buy a silk instead, I wasn't happy to have to modify it and be reassuring my kids I wasn't going to fall and take the ceiling with me as the noise wasn't a structural issue.

Fabulous, I had done aerial yoga at a class in Spain and was a bit nervous about getting one for home but it’s BRILLIANT- I love it. Easy to fix (if you are handy and know where your ceiling joists are) I LOVE IT

Received a set of the hooks that were superficially marked. They would have been perfectly fine to use. I told the seller who instantly replaced the hooks with a new set. I've installed them and they work as advertised and are spot on. They were a little awkward to install (use a socket wrench to tighten them up) but they went on fine. Would order from this seller again.

Received the yoga swing really quickly. I haven’t got the ceiling hooks up yet so I can’t give it a proper review as yet. It looks really nice quality and does feel very strong. I will add to review when I start to use it. I can’t wait to see how it feels to hang upside down. I’m a nurse who has had back issues for years so I’m hoping it is going to help.
