Unfit for purpose
Despite having read the reviews about the kinked nature of the tubing I chose to take a leap of faith and buy the product on the assumption that perhaps the problem was isolated to a few casesHowever, I also found the same problem. The kinks in the tubing remainedeven after trying to manipulate it back into shape. This means the flow of liquid through the tube will be severely restricted rendering the product unfit for purpose.Consequently I returned the product.

It actually does work the person who said it's bad it isn't it actually works
When I used it it drained my sink full of water in A minute if you didn't know you have to cut the tube and unscrew the grey screws until there completely off and then put the tube in screw the grey screws back on

Original Packaging or warehousing conditions damaged pipework
The tubing arrived with multiple severe 'kinks' in it, although the original packaging (just a plastic bag) appeared undamaged. Have attempted to submerse in hot water to massage out the creases, but the tubing material is so rigid that it just returns to the damaged condition.Low expectations for the price, but pretty essential element, for pumping fluids effectively !!

Syphon is good
When this arrived the tube has been bent to such an extent as to make it nearly useless. I only needed the Syphon so it's ok for my purpose.

Easy to use and works well
I'm very pleased with how well this syphon pump works. It's way better than using a garden hose pipe and getting a gob full of petrol.

it doesnt work
Total rubbish . It arrived with the plastic hose all buckled . No instructions , nothing , just in a plain plastic bag.We tried and tried in every position imagineable but at the very best just a small trickle came out the endThe advert says it will discharge 3.5 gallons in 15 mins - that would take all day at least if it worked at all.Useless . .
