French Fleur de Sel - 3.5 oz Jar

This is the first time I've purchased French Fleur de Sel Sea Salt. I heard about it from Ina Garden. It's a nice container that actually looks good left out in our kitchen. The flavor is very good and I'm experimenting using it for baking & cooking. There was also a beautiful PDF cookbook with pictures that came a few days after our purchase. It's a little pricier than what I've paid for salt but I think many chefs recommend it so I'm sure it will be worth the extra cost if we like the results. If so, we'd like to try other varieties of their products.

Great salt I love it and just found out how to put a pinch under tongue til it melts than drink water and it will hydrate your body quick.. works great

I was unable to find regular Celtic sea salt so i bought this - Seems like a good alternative and it's a small enough jar to take with you for when eating on the road to use instead of refined salt they have at restaurants

I use this for finishing salt and its one of the best salts I've purchases. I use it on tomatoes, omelets, and other food items. I would recommend this without hesitation.

I used the product on fish and also when I was cooking pasta

The seal was broken and the white thin paper that seals the salt was stuck underneath the lid when I received it. I am so disappointed because one of my friends recommend it and I was looking forward to trying it out and perhaps buying more if I liked it but I will not get a chance to find out because I am not going to be able to use this one because of it being opened. Oh well I just wasted some more money that is why I don't like shopping on the internet.However it's a beautiful jar.

I love the flavor and the packaging of this special salt! I used it on my filet mignon and my husband and it turned out First Class! Thank you for offering this special salt at such a great price, ESPECIALLY since I could not find it in any of my local grocery stores...it wasn't even in Whole Foods which is owned by Amazon here. Ironic, right?

While your steak is resting, fresh ground pepper and this salt will create an absolutely amazing taste experience. I will definitely be purchasing this again.

Did not need to add very much of French Fleur de Sea to experience the wonderful benefit of flavour.

Wonderful salty salt. Perfect crunch to roasted potatoes. Just a pinch does the job. Highly recommend.
