I keep going in and out of menopause, I have noticed that they do help with hot flashes. I'm not sure about anything else. My memory is a bit sketchy, but it might be because I'm getting older and not my age. Will keep taking for now.

Though I’m not in actual menopause yet, I have experienced a few perimenopause symptoms, primarily getting over heated during sleep, which would wake me up several times, which led to being tired and crabby. I was looking for a natural supplement without soy and that only needed one capsule per day. Chose this one to try based on those criteria and reasonable price. It did take a good 2-3 weeks to note improvements (as expected) but so far it’s helped with nighttime hot flashes quite a bit and I do not wake up in the night nearly as often.

Just purchased and started using it several days ago. Yet, my flashes have not diminished. Will finish the product to see if more time is needed to make a difference.UPDATE:This is to confirm after a couple weeks of use...this product does work! Very glad to see that after giving it time for body to adjust that the flashes and other symptoms have subsided! Would recommend!

The pills are small and easy to take with no aftertaste and no side effects. The dose is one capsule a day, and the container has 30 pills, which makes it suitable for a month. It is a reasonable price for the money. However, I have not noticed a big difference in my menopause symptoms.

I know it can take a month to see results so I ordered two months worth. I am just finishing my second month and I never saw any relief for my symptoms. My night sweats and hot flashes are still just as bad as before I started taking this.
