A little slippery
I needed these to avoid the growing callouses. After using this to just do Romanian deads, one set, I used the bar neurals to try to rough them up. They stay on my fingers well but the colored side that’s supposed to grip the bar doesn’t do so well. I won’t be able to lift heavy with these but they protect my hands when doing the majority of my work. I might have to pay the higher price for more suitable grips.

Exactly what I needed!
I started CrossFit about 2 months ago. The pull-up bar would sometimes rip my calluses causing extensive recovery time or repeated re-injury. These grip shields are very protective and comfortable, and also easy to throw on and off between exercises. So far so great! Thanks, Spartan Gear, very good product.👌

Great for lifting weights!
I have purchased these weight lifting gloves previously and have loved them. This time I got a pair for a Christmas gift.

No Strong Grip
The weight liting grip shield is not made for heavy lifting. Further, it does not fit properly; it does not have a strong grip. As a result, the dumbbells would slip out of my hands.

Low quality, wouldn’t recommend to avid rowers
These wore out quickly. I did two 10k row sessions and the stitching started coming away in one of the finger holes. You can see that nearly all the stitching has come out of the left pad.
