The dimensions are 33cm*33cm*1.8cm with king height 6.8cm. The pieces are plastic but weighted.

Why can't I connect to Bluetooth?

Please check whether you have granted the necessary permissions to the app and turned on the required features. 1. Enable GPS on your phone, the BLE connection relies on GPS. 2. Grant location permission to the app 3. You don’t need to pair it in your Bluetooth settings as the usual Bluetooth devices. Just go to our apps and click the Bluetooth icon in the upper right corner, it will automatically search and connect to the device. 4. Ensure the blue LED on the board is flashing. If not, short press the power button to enable it.

Can you replace the battery when the battery gets old.

Generally speaking, it's difficult to replace the built-in lithium battery on your own. However, its lifespan is typically around 500-1000 charge cycles, and a single full charge can provide over 10 hours of continuous usage. In general, it's not easy to wear it out under normal usage.
