This was exactly what we were looking for, easy install, easy use and product represents the description on the product.

The bypass broke and sprayed water everywhere before it even filled up for the first time.

Bought this for washing cars using a power washer. However after about 3 minutes of use one of the bypass tubes on the back of the system broke. Looks like it was just glued in. Called and was told that the system is not for use with power washers. Not sure if it's only the bypass version or both versions. They did send me a new manifold. They will not send another if it happens again. SOL because I bought it for foam canon and washing cars with power washer.

I ordered a brand new DIW-20B water system. However somebody already tried assembling it before me, then looked to return it. I could tell because plumbers tape was already put on, when in the instructions it says you have to put it on yourself when you begin putting everything together. Also on of the hose lines, the pressure seal was completely disconnected, meaning we couldn’t use the system. With this information I can conclude that, I paid more money in order for it to be new, however not only was it used by someone before me than returned, but it was also damaged when I received it.

This company is terrible. I bought the Simple Chuck, which failed after a month. It cracked in half. I thought, okay, maybe my fault so I bought this DIW-20B. It's worse. It's an abject piece of trash that's going straight into the dump. It springs leaks every where. As soon as one leak is fixed, another one pops out. It's the biggest hassle I've had to deal with in a very long time. Total garbage. Run folks, run...
