Good value, helps my son when playing football to keep energy levels up. Easy to spoon out

Tastes pretty good and comes with a measuring spoon.I removed a star because if you use the given dosage (1.5 spoon for 500mL), it never dissolves entirely, even after some furious mixing. Drinking clumps of sugar is not great.

Nice fresh taste thirst quenching great to sip while training I mix on the low side so not too thick

I bought this product, to start long distance running again at the age of 46, and fair play , on my runs when , I get tired 250 mls of this gets me over the line would highly recommend, good price also.

Mixes ok but it's so bland in flavour. They put all this supposed effort into the product but it just tastes powdery and bland.

As described…. Isotonic drink powder.

I am always nervous with new flavours, but this is very nice and appears to do what I need it to do. Has more of the key things I want like sodium/salt etc.
