Typically my work was purchasing something like this for us but they were so sugary that they weren't helping too much. While its still over 100 degrees where I work, these have really been coming in handy. They aren't sugary at all either. If anything, I found that these were a lot more helpful at keeping my hydrated compared to what my work buys us. They easily pour into any water bottle or even tumbler if need be. Once I start shaking these up, they dissolve fast, faster than what I was using. The flavors that these come in surprisingly don't have that artificial flavor too. My favorite is the raspberry one, actually tastes like I'm eating raspberries. More importantly, these really do keep my hydrated in this heat.

Sometimes water is sufficient, but the oncoming headache wasn't going to be fixed by just water. Within 10-15 minutes the lightheadedness and oncoming headache were gone. * 0 Sugar and 0 Calories * Not really very sweet, which is fine because you don't want to overdo.The Meh: * Not dinging them a star, but know that it's really not sweet and right on the edge of being "salty". Not bad, but don't be surprised by it. It's not Gatorade or PowerAde if that's what you are hoping for.The Bad: * Nothing so far, very pleased.The Verdict:In short, the price isn't bad ($15.95 for 16 pouches so, $1 each) for what you get and the flavor at least of the lemon is better than a lot of others. There is a 40% discount on subscribe and save as of today but if the reduced subscription price were the regular price, I would have rated it better.
