Very good product I find it to be very helpful

I have tried other neck stretchers made out of some sort of foam and were non adjustable and found those very, very uncomfortable. I am on the shorter side with an average size neck length and don't know if that is the problem.Initially, I tried this on the lowest setting and found the little nobs were a bit uncomfortable, but after a few minutes, that discomfort went away. The nobs are pretty hard but, as I said, after a few minutes I didn't even feel them so don't give up on that aspect right away. There is a little instruction manual and they recommend using 5-10 minutes. I did fiddle with the height adjuster until I found a nice position for myself. I would recommend going up slowly over several days/weeks to find the best position for you. Besides the occasional stiff neck/shoulders, I don't have any real issues with my neck but found this stretcher to be a nice experience.

I'm disappointed by this neck stretcher. I thought because you can adjust it that I could set it to be the right height for me, but I find it doesn't allow me to get my neck into enough of an arch to get a good stretch. The bumpy texture is fine, but feels unnecessary to me. I don't enjoy the feel of that and it doesn't seem to increase the benefits. It might just be that I'm not the right size for this and maybe it would work for a larger person. But for me, it caused a lot of discomfort on my shoulders, where the edge would dig into them. I just couldn't get positioned correctly for a good stretch, no matter how I adjusted it.

That isn't possible.Soft- easy to mold, cut, COMPRESS, or fold; not hard or firm to the touch.The only thing that was nice was the angle of the stretch, at least for the 3 minutes I was able to take the pain.An actual "soft" material and this would have been wonderful.Unfortunately, this isn't cushiony, compressible, malleable or flexible.

This neck stretcher feels great to lay on. As soon as I get its position perfectly adjusted I feel a full-body sigh. Some neck stretchers hurt but not this one. I really like that its height can be adjusted although I don’t feel much of a difference in the stretch between the lowest and highest settings. Bottom line is that it does a good job of easing tension in my neck.

This was my first experience trying one of these next stretchers. After using for over a month, I wanted to post a review to let others know about my experience. I have had great results from using it only once a day for about 30 minutes. It is customizable and adjustable so it didn’t take long to figure out a good setting that worked best for my neck. The texture is great, but sometimes I prefer it to be softer so I have a thin microfiber blanket I drape over and that really makes it a lot more comfortable for me sometimes. If you’ve ever thought about trying one of these, I would recommend this particular one based on my experience. I think it’s a good price and looks and feels like it’s quality materials.

I have other neck stretchers/traction devices, but thought I would try this would because of the wider base. I found that this one is actually quite uncomfortable. The little rubber nodes are hard. The angle of the neck section is not steep enough, so I don’t get a full stretch that I can feel into my jaw that comes for elongating the neck.Overall, this is just really uncomfortable for me to use.
