This insulin carrying case has a lot of good features. It comes with ice packs to help keep your insulin cold & it has a thermometer so that you can keep an eye on the temperature. It's also well-insulated, which helps to maintain the cold temperature. It's easy to open & close, and there's a lot of storage for your insulin & supplies. But it doesn't easily fit in my purse. It takes up a full third of my medium-sized handbag, which is a problem because it drastically reduces the space for other things, like wallet, glasses, etc. I don't know whether a man would carry this. It's too big for a pocket & would take up a lot of room in a bag or briefcase. This has lots of good design features, but it needs to be made a lot smaller.

This is perfect for travel if you have an injector pen or are traveling for a few days. Anything more than a long weekend and you may need something larger. It's a nice size. It has two pockets and each pocket holds a freezer pack. I love the thermometer that shows you the temperature in big clear numbers.
