ero Noodles are made from Konjac Glucomannan which is a natural soluble fibre produced by the Konjac Plant which is then mixed with water to produce the noodles. The noodles are white/translucent in colour and slightly gelatinous in texture; they are contained in water and packaged in plastic bags. Zero Noodles are relatively tasteless, as is pasta or rice, and absorb the flavour of the food and sauce in which they are cooked in. Before consuming, noodles must be rinsed well under warm water and then dried with kitchen paper before then adding to the cooked food and simmering for a further 3 minutes until heated through. Zero Noodles are organic and contains no soy, gluten, or wheat! Ingredients: Water, konnyaku glucomannan flour (soluble fibre), food grade calcium hydroxide additive. quite good, zero carbs and zero taste

Great way to fill up with virtually zero calories
These are very good, firm texture,, no flavour just take on flavour of what's added to them. Have just tried Slendier and they are even better, superior texture - much more like stir fry noodles. Better at absorbing flavours too.

More solid than penne, but a more solid texture than the original
Not exactly penne, but nice to have some variety, good with thicker sauces

Exactly as described
Excellent alternative to noodles/pasta as long as flavoured with a sauce. Texture a bit like squid. Now ordered my second lot.

No, just no
After getting on really well with the original noodles, I thought this would be just as good, as I wanted something to go with my homemade pasta sauces that didnt look like Ramen noodles. Whilst they look like pasta that is the only thing they have in common with it. These have a very strong 'plasticy' smell straight out of the bag, which didnt initially bother me, you rinse them off and then I boiled them in a chicken stock cube for over 20 mins, Sadly nothing changed, they still smelt very odd. The taste, they really didnt taste of anything at all, didnt take on any of the stock cube at all, disappointing but not the end of the world. The texture, oh dear God, just NO! One bite and I knew it wasnt for me, it just didnt break down when I chewed it, it was like trying to eat chewing gum but gum has more give. The noodles didnt want to break down between chews and then swallowing it was an experience that made me kind of want to be ill, which isnt great when youre trying to have your dinner. I had bites at £7.89 = £3.94 per bite, very expensive for something I did not even slightly enjoy. Because I bought the 4 pack I have no idea what do with the other 3 other than bin them. Someone suggested I give them to a food bank but honestly I feel like what would be cruel and very unkind donation. Overall Im very disappointed with the product given that I do like the original noodles so much but would not recommend this version of Zero Noodles whatsoever.
