Portable, durable and convinent, but unfortunately, the element heats up too erratically and ends up burning out way too soon, regardless of how low you turn the heat selection undicator. Maximum use... 3weeks!

This is a great wee hotplate and very handy when you're only cooking for one. This is my second one, and my only issue I have is the putrid smell it emits for about the first week of use. It's eye-wateringly bad! But other than that, I love my wee hotplate. Highly recommended - just wear a mask for the first week when you turn it on.
