I use a variety of sublinguals everyday. Important for me. I hate dealing pills or capsules. So sublinguals work best for me. Now, granted, under the tongue, hold for as long as you can for absorption and presto, in my opinion it works. I am 70 years younger g. I am in zero pharmaceuticals. My personal preference is as holistic as I can get. No hype. If you don’t enjoy the swallowing pill routine. I really suggest you try sublingual drops. Maybe a bit more expensive but if you consistently use the drops, I hope you see results as I do. Taste good, sometimes alittle sweet, but much better than stuck in my throat having up pills. Just an honest review from an ol’ lady who is glad she is healthy.
