Item Faulty Missing applicator
I was Going on holiday on a Far east tour and needed a mascara to stand up to the high humidity.and decided to order this mascara after opening it found that the applicator was missing no stick or brush to apply mascara. Very disappointed 😔 with the quality of product. I relayed my feedback to Amazon via chat . Absolutely outstanding customer service.offered me a replacement or refund and no need to go through the hassle of returning it through the post .. I opted for the refund as l had lost confidence in the company and the product. To avoid disappointment and inconvenience l recommend not to buy .

Really like this mascara goes on well it lasts and it's waterproof. Not badly priced either would definitely buy again

Easy to apply & Thickens my lashes. Stays put no panda eyes.
