JLAB JBUDS MINI True Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds - Black

After 15 years of using Marshmallow buds to stay in my ears, I have made a switch to these minis. They really are the best earbuds I have used to date. They fit well in my small ears. Hold a great charge, charge fast in the case. The case is tiny, I keep it on a lanyard in my purse so I can easily find it. They were super easy to use, I did not have to look up directions as they verbalize what setting you are activating with each tap of the bud(s). There is no pain with long use, wearing in bed was comfortable. The price is unbeatable. The only negative is that two times(in the last few months) I had to put them back in the case for a quick reset because bluetooth connection was lost. But that literally was only twice. I WILL BUY THESE FOR my spouse too.

I’ll always love these. There really tiny as tiny as a quarter. Definitely recommend if you want something small.

These would receive a 5 star rating, but the package came missing one of the gel tips for the earbuds that are the size that fits my ears. I reached out to their customer support and just received an AI generated response saying there is nothing they can do to replace or send the gel tips for the earbuds. It's sad that customer support is AI instead of personal customer support. It gives no ability to communicate or work out a solution to a simple issue. replace or send one gel tip in the specific size needed to fit my ears comfortably. The earbuds themselves work great and functionally for my use meet and exceed my expectations or needs. Without the right size gel tips however, they hurt my ears after a short time used. Shortly after my review JLab tech team emailed me and sent replacement gel tips. The color wasn’t a perfect match but nobody can see the gel tips in my ears anyway and they now are comfortable to wear all day long. Updating to a 4 star rating. Would have been 5 had the same support done this in the first place instead of waiting until I made a public review.

I love these buds. They are comfortable, very small, easy to carry, and the sound is great. I would caution anyone not to carry them on a key chain. I lost two pair due to dropping my keys and I believe the case opened and buds popped out, and bc the case has a springy type closing action it closed, so I didn't think to look to see if buds were still there, they weren't. But other than that they are a great buy for the price. I will buy these again.

They don't work. And the customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE! I would not buy from them i would go to another here on Amazon that have them for the same exact price. I have reached out multiple times and I have heard nothing back. It sucks I didn't even really get to use them because the one headphone cut out pretty much right away and it goes in and out. Anyway buyer beware and go to someone that has good customer service. If the problem would of been fixed I would of updated from 1 star. But I have heard nothing but silence. Highly disappointed.

These earbuds are tiny but big on sound they fit perfectly in my ear so my motorcycle helmet fits right over top of them with no obstruction money well spent!

I'm very happy with this purchase because these are absolutely awesome! They fit so good and the sound is pretty impressive for the small size. There's no noise cancelling but the smaller size is definitely a trade I'm willing to make.

These work exactly as I expected them to. I have them connected to my personal (Android) phone for music and my work (iPhone) for incoming/outgoing calls. The sound is excellent, and they pause the music to answer calls instantly. The JLab app is also really easy to use and has some cool features built in. They are light, small and comfortable. I can wear them all day without issue. They stay in my ears securely, even when dancing. The case is also compact, I have it clipped to my key ring. It feels sturdy and I am sure it will last. Battery life is fine, lasts throughout a full work shift (10-14 hours). Iphone notifications (Text, Email, Whatsapp etc.) pause the music, but that's due to the phone not the earbuds. I have set up a "Focus" setting on the work phone and changed the device type on the Phone to "Headphone" to avoid this. This is my first JLab product but I would be happy to buy again from them. I have also recommended them to some friends.

5 étoiles pour moment. Mini écouteurs parfait pour mes minis oreilles 😅. La connection Bluetooth est bonne. Le son est plutôt bon voir même très bon. Application intuitive permettant des gérer les paramètres sonores et de commande tactile. Très bon maintient pour le sport. En bref imbattable niveau qualité prix . (Pour le moment, a voir dans le temps).
