Now that I have used this machine a few times now, I can say that I am quite impressed with it. On opening the box, it comes with 2 batteries, an apron, a pair of disposable gloves, an assortment of pads which are velcro fitted and also a bag to carry it all in. To be truthful, the apron and gloves aren't much use so I binned them. The pads aren't the best in my opinion but they were ok for the job I did. I will probably buy superior quality ones for my next project.. The batteries charge up quite quickly and each charge last around 30 to 45 minutes obviously depends on how you use the machine. The actual machine itself is a nice one to handle and use. It isn't too heavy and it is easy to use for those not too large jobs on the car, in the home or anywhere else I guess. I like the machine especially at this price point. 5 stars from me.

A great hand tool, used to remove scratches and polish after. Worked great. Used it on my guitar, no issues. Still on first battery, plenty of charge . Please note, after 10-15 minutes or so, the tool starts to feel quite warm to the touch. Took about 20 mins to cool back down

Great wee bit of kit. Plenty of heads etc comes with it too. Really handy for those tight little spaces that a full size polisher can’t reach

Opted for a previously used/returned one as it was slightly cheaper. Arrived quickly. Packaging okay although I did have 3 empty plastic bags which worried me initially. When I did a check of contents Vs what is supposed to be in the box I found that one set of 3inch pads were missing. The come in bagged sets of 3, I only had 2 bags i.e. 6 total when there supposed to be 9 total. The. Other empty bags were for other items which were present but not in original bags. Unit operates very well and looks like it'll do a good job. 4 stars due to missing set of pads.

What a great tool for polishing and removing medium level scratches. The first thing I used it for was to restore my car headlights. By using the tool and the correct materials they now look like new

Really annoyed as I needed this to use the next day but arrived with no batteries or instructions. How can a mistake like this happen, very bad quality control. Disappointing as I spent a long time looking for the right machine and brand.

It arrived on time, well packaged, looks a really nice, well made cordless polisher. But, one part missing from the box. The Drive type 11-2 (11/2) 3mm stroke random orbital. Also the Instruction Manual leaves a lot to be desired, good job I have a practical background. I would have given it 5 stars if all the parts were in the box.
