Will this fit a leatherman bond?

Don’t bother. It’s garbage. Just go straight to leather man and get theirs. Not only did mine break after about a week (if that), the screws stripped and now I’m stuck with a filed down sliver of a clip

Where to buy screws? Lost them during install.

Yes, there have unfortunately been some negative reviews about the length of the screws and the clip breaking. The screw issue some customers experienced has been resolved in the latest shipment. Also, the clip has proven to be very strong except if you accidentally stretch your Free tool and clip apart it will understandably snap at the bend.
