REFRESHING, GROWN UP AND DECIDEDLY DELICIOUS!
Aperol has become my new go-to summer drink! Just served with soda or sparkling mineral water, ice and a slice of orange, it is aromatic, slightly bitter yet slightly sweet, and utterly delicious! It also looks the business in the glass! If you want to push the boat out a bit, use sparkling wine such as Prosecco instead of water.
