I finally cooked this with, Salmon, garlic salt, minced garlic and chipotle seasoning. It was pretty good. I plan to also add eggs and shrimp for a little extra. I was barely hungry the next day and was able to hold out until dinner with a slight snack before hand. Why is this important? Because the protein feeds your body what it needs.

Worked great for creepy Halloween spaghetti. Tastes good despite feeling a little flat in flavor compared to other gluten free pasta. Like the high protein. I would buy again in the future.

Since this is made with Whole Foods, only one ingredient, and it tastes really good, I give it 5 stars. Cooks VERY quickly, in 4 minutes, don't overcook it or you'll be sorry! I give it a ten out of ten!

I love the protein content in this black bean pasta, but the taste is just okay. It’s a little chewy, however, I must admit, one serving kept me full for hours.

This was my last attempt at trying pasta alternatives (I’ve tried so many). I’m sorry but nothing will ever taste like it or have the same texture. Just do yourself a favor and use zucchini. It at least tastes great despite not having that pasta texture. Everything will always be rubbier or pastier than actual pasta.

Wanted a pasta that is low carb so tried their black bean products (which they don't disclose from China not US). Not tasty and even though followed directions on cooking very limp and mushy. Will not rec and will not buy again. Thank you.

If I had received the item I ordered I’d give the product 5 stars, (tastes great, high protein, great texture, versatile, cooks fast, on time delivery) but I ordered a 6-pack of the black bean fettuccine, and instead received 6-pack of the edamame fettuccine. As the item is not returnable, I was directed to the Only Bean product support website. I filled out their form, gave all my info, explained the problem, and offered to submit a photo if directed where to send/upload one. I’ve heard nothing and it’s been several days (upon submission, the site indicated there would be a resolution within 24 hours.)I explained that I’d be fine with either a refund or just a replacement…either or; I’ve received neither, and not a word from Customer Service. At this point, I’m irritated, and simply want my money back. Additionally, I had to make a special trip to the grocery store to purchase the black bean fettuccine. Next time, I’ll just order by the individual box, as I have not had problems with those. Sadly, that’s far less cost effective, which means I’ll buy less of your product, as I have to have confidence I’ll get what I order, and not have this sort of hassle in getting my money back (or worse, not get it back at all) if there is a shipping error of some sort.I’m not sure if the 6-pack boxes are miscoded thru Amazon fulfillment/supply chain, or if this was a one time error. Needless to say, one non-refundable mistake, still unresolved, is enough for me. Fulfillment mistakes should not cost the customer, regardless of the return policy. The Only Bean customer service/product support site has failed to offer any recourse as of yet. I will need to give this bean pasta another try. Pro - better tasting than I thought. Con- expensive . Also instructions say to rinse in cold water - that makes the pasta cold . Had to put it in the microwave.
