Wonderful product - always sterile as its an "Aerosol" can that pressurises the saline out the can
Key product feature of this is that the saline is contained inside the can in an internal bag and the gas propellant simple compresses the bag to eject the saline in a gentle stream out the nozzle. Unlike with a screw cap bottle and nozzle nothing is going to get back into the bottle/can to contaminate it. I just always squirt the first bit down the sink to make sure the end of the nozzle is clean before I use it. Another unique feature is that the aerosol can works in absolutely any position as the gas simply compresses the internal bag as mentioned and you never get a blast of propellant gas out of the nozzle. So this makes it invaluable as an eye wash for your eyes as the stream is gentle enough and the can works one handed, all positions, and always sterile . Even a "squeeze bottle" is not as good as it will suck back air after each squirt. You do pay a little more per ml with this but consider its advantages and there is little or no waste. Brilliant product and a repeat purchase of mine.

Highly recommend for piercings
I use this to clean my piercings as saline is the best thing for them and piercer recommended. I usually spray a little in the lid and use with a cotton bud as the spray is quite powerful and messy if you spray directly onto piercings. But highly recommend for my pierced friends

Difficult to spray
Not sure of the effectiveness yet, but I definitely should have listened to reviews on the spray. It’s such a hard spray it’s almost impossible to aim for earring healing. Sprays in a solid line rather than a mist which makes it difficult.

does what it says
Daughter says its good stuff, has used when some earing made her ear sore, wasn't able to put any earing on until after using this stuff, after a week her ears were fine and she can wear her stud earrings. Does what it says

Great for piercings
Easy to use and keeps my ears clean. If they’re freshly pierced spray this onto a cotton pad or bud to wipe off the crusty. As u can see my ears have healed fine.

Bit awkward to spray as it comes out like a jet stream!
Great product for soothing sore and irritated skin. Used it to clean many fresh piercings and old ones that can become irritated. I have stretched ears and recently one of them became tender after I caught the skin putting my tunnel back in. Very red and sore (iykyk how finicky stretched lobes can be) I have cleaned it 3 times a day instead of sea salt soaks and it heals it wonderfully.

Best option on Amazon
Had previously healed my septum with homemade saline (salt and boilt water) but I then had my rook pierced and decided to purchase some premade saline because: A. I’m exceptionally lazy B. It’s a harder to reach area C. It’s known to be much harder to heal than a septum. So naturally I looked on Amazon and this was the cheapest option for sterile saline solution - people tend to recommend an aerosol that is like mist instead of constant- but I’ve had no problems with this one. As it essentially very slightly salty water I’m not prepared to try the other (more expensive) options. I’m currently just over a month in to the healing process and have had no issues yet. It’s easy to get the hole sort of soaked with solution so I feel like it’s definitely clean (obviously make sure to thoroughly dry it afterwards). Highly recommended, currently still on my second can of it so be prepared you will have to purchase it more than once.
