How long ago were they dried?

How would I know? I only bought the oranges! I suggest you contact the manufacturer if it’s impir to you.

How long will they last? Are they just for the one Christmas or can you bring them out year after year? Will they go mouldy or are they properly dried

The slices are professionally dried and can last longer but you need to store in a sealed bag in a dark cool location when in storage. They are treated with sulphur dioxide to avoid mould and rotting but you need to store as above

Can these be used in cocktails?

would nt have thought so. I bought them to use in Christmas wreaths. Would have thought some sort of preserve added so they could be weather proof. This is only my opinion
