Broken, Buggy, Dangerous
Very poor. Essentially a manual on off device because the sensors remain in race states, are not properly debounced, and in a few weeks simply fail. WiFi constantly loses connection, notifications fail, and because the sensors are unreliable it leaves your pump dry running for hours and no way to remotely manually turn it off because the WiFi connection constantly disconnects. The app graphics are comical, the English is poorly written, and occasionally in Chinese. If this were an engineering school capstone project, it would get a C.Totally worthless. Do not waste your money.

Easily adjustable wifi sump pump controller
You need to mount these sensors sideways (not with both probes facing water as shown in their illustrations). I was having the same problem as others where the low level sensor was not turning off. I believe capillary action was keeping a slug of water held to the bottom of sensor. Rotated sensor 90 degrees and problem appears to be resolved. Its a little far from my router so the app reports “offline” sometimes but high water level alerts still seem to work when it does. The low sensor did stop turning off properly (before i changed its mounting orientation) but the switch on my pump turned itself off avoiding a dry run condition. The app isn’t the greatest but the auto/on/off function works fine which is all thats really needed. I have a high water table so this has allowed me to easily adjust the “turn-on water level” easily without moving the pump up in the pit. Using a “pump fuse” brand “pump monitor” (pf03 model) to monitor pump run times and interval times.Just set up your install so the pumps float switch is a backup to this one in the event the bottom sensor gets contaminated and fails to turn off. Not sure i would use this with an external float switch style pump. Need more time with switch mounted in new orientation to determine its long term reliability.

Disappointed
ll, and worked great for a few weeks, but now it seems like the low water sensor has failed. Looking at the app the water level indicator is constantly bouncing from "Between high and low water levels" and "Below low water level" even when I can visibly see it is well below the low water level. This means when it finally reaches the high water level and the pump kicks on, it doesn't shut off, so it drains the entire pit and starts sucking air forcing me to run and unplug the controller before I cause damage to my pump. Usually plugging it right back in resets it (until the next time the pump runs) but sometimes I have to fiddle with the sensor to get it to not turn the pump back on immediately.I suspect it has to do with water getting inside the low water sensor and triggering it even when the contacts are dry, but in any case I will be removing this and going back to an old fashioned float switch.

Not great for a sewage pump.
Kept turning the pump on and leaving it on for no reason. Didn't tell the app either...

functions
got it working, but had to get the app to do so because one of the buttons didnt work as I assume it is intended. In the end it does what its supposed to.

Awesome boots
Will be wearing these daily so I needed something that was comfortable and light. These boots are definitely the best ones I’ve worn in a long time

Product does not operate as advertised.
This pump controller paired with the associated app easily and appeared to be working, until the probes go in the water. The manual and description state in “Drain mode” the controller will turn on the pump when the water reaches the “high sensor“ and the controller will turn off the pump once the water level drops below the “low sensor“. This is not the case, only the high sensor starts and stops the pump. This means the pump will only run until the water level just drops below the high sensor.I had hopes it would allow me to monitor the pump operation but if will not operate as advertised with clean water, in a glass, at the table I will not spend the time to put the probes the sump.Worthless. I plan on returning to Amazon for deceptive description in posting.

Instructions not available and App is poor
Initially the product felt and looked as if it was a quality design. However there are no instructions or trouble shooting information and the app is very limited and does not work as they intended.1) System does not alway turn the pump off at the completion of pumping the sump empty. This will eventually burn out my $$$ pump!2) Setting the App's "Flood Warning Time" does not save in the app as the app implies it will.3) The Alarm on the unit is so quite that it does not qualify as an alarm based on only able to hear it within 10 feet of the device.4) No instructions included and unable to find any information on the web to support issues such as what I listed in the #1 issue above.5) In the app, once the device has been added to the 'Home' you can not move it to the 'room' offered in the app.
