Really impressed of quality of phone , came boxed with charging cable ,great value for money,easy to set up , signal quality good . Speed of phone is good for a budget phone . Phone was in excellent condition,no scratches on screen. Overall satisfied with purchase .

The phone is faulty and doesn’t charge at all. The charger it came with was faulty and doesn’t even charge the phone. I bought a new charger which I also use for my other phone but this TCL phone still doesn’t charge at all while my other phone (iPhone )with the same usb port charges so well. It can’t be returned as it’s over 30days and I’m not sure what to do as my daughter has barely used it (less than 2months). It keeps showing as 1% charging (for the past 3days ) so useless.

This was bought to replace the one that was lost and the person really liked this model and the price.

Cheap, but very dlow

Avoid this phone if you expect a at leaat function phone . Very sluggish phone . Keeps freezing and forget even using basic apps likd amazon and uber . This is just really male calls nothing else worth using it for . Returned due to cant use the apps and frustrastion at sluggish response

I bought this as a repkacement for a phone that I sadly lost. It was quite straightforward once I had downloaded a PDF manual, but would have appreciated a basic set up guide to be included. It came with a quality charger which can also charge Apple phones too which might prove useful if vistors come here with an iphone. It is a good quality phone, not one for gamers but good for my needs and the exceptional battery lasts all day even in constant use, the best phone in this regard in all my years of having a mobile. (My very first phone which was on Cellnet was a transportable and the size of two bricks back in 1986-7) The screen is big enough for my needs and an added bonus is unlike most phones the battery can be replaced by the user unlike most phones where the battery is sealed inside.

Purchased this as a spare phone as my original phone needs to be sent of for repair. Easy to set up I love the screen savers Value for the price Phone quality is good slim design to fit in your pocket I would definitely recommend this item for a cheap phone

Do not by this phone, its not charging , its not what looks like on the picture, to return its a nightmare. I'm not happy with this product
