I loved the product on offer which I purchased as a birthday present in July. The disappointment was that I received the wrong product - a mantle clock retailing at £100 less. I sent it back - it took three weeks for it to get back- and then re-ordered. Only to get the same - wrong - product, again! Sent back again. I complained to Amazon and they said I could keep the clock and get 40% back - which would have left about £50 out of pocket! Awaiting my second refund almost three weeks after I sent back. The birthday has been missed... Like the look of the clock if only it could be sent to me!!

Burned very effectively in the wood burner, and thankfully didn't chime again.

Arrived on time, item is as expected, works well just read the instructions before putting batteries in , to get it to work properly
