Impressive and cheap
This is brilliant. Got the wrist one. Really impressed with it. Easy to set up and ive already used in a real world emergency. Alarm goes off loudly to whoevers phone you added to notify when button pressed. Impressive.

Does exactly what it says on the box
What can I say about this, well it does exactly what it says on the tin/box. It worked straight out of the box, very easy to set up using the app. Good distance. Great value for money, it's really loud so no chance of missing it. And yes it does give me piece of mind day and night. I would 100% recommend this item

Briefly worked then became unreliable
Our opinion on this panic button changed significantly after not very long. The button was straightforward to connect to our two phones with the app (two different apps are suggested in the instructions but seemed to be almost identical) and *initially* the button worked correctly. The alert noise is usually a klaxon/siren type noise and the phone vibrates a lot while it is going so it's difficult to ignore if the phone is in your pocket, but might not be loud enough to hear when buried in a handbag and there is no way to increase the volume of the alert independently from the phone volume. At first the alerts we got were mostly false alarms from the button being accidentally leaned on while in bed. After a week or so, one phone stopped making the klaxon noise whenever the button was pressed and instead gave a short burst of spoken Chinese - which damaged our confidence in the product but was still sufficiently 'alarming' each time it happened. There were also incidents where the alert never reached one of the two phones despite them both being in the same house as the button at the time, which is enough of an issue and would have been much more serious had we only connected the button to one phone. Between the failed alerts and the mystery voice (which we now know was saying "Sorry, there was a network error. Please try again later.") we certainly can't say that the button worked 100% as intended for either phone. This product is far too unpredictable to recommend to anyone else when, with a little more searching, there are probably more reliable options out there on the market.

Good little personal alarm notification system
It is a good alarm, the notification system works okay but I can’t get the sound/ alarm noise to work

Works… eventually. Sometimes in Chinese.
On paper, this is a very sensible idea: a Wi-Fi panic button for elderly users, no subscription fees, alerts sent straight to your phone. And to be fair, it does work. The problem is when, how, and in which language. First, the app. You need to regularly check that you’re still logged in, because app updates have a habit of quietly signing you out. Which is a bold design choice for something intended for emergencies. Second, since a recent update, alerts have developed a noticeable delay. Nothing dramatic, just long enough to make you wonder whether help is coming or if the alarm is taking a moment to reflect on life choices. Third, and most impressively, the alert notification now arrives entirely in Chinese. I don’t speak Chinese, so when a message involving an emergency device appears on my phone, I’m left guessing whether: Someone needs immediate assistance Or I’ve just been invited to enjoy a very nice chow mein I assume “999” still means emergency in spirit, if not linguistically, but I’d strongly prefer not to rely on optimism and Google Translate in a crisis. In summary: Hardware: fine Concept: good Software: temperamental and multilingual at inconvenient moments Three stars. It’s functional, but for something designed to provide reassurance, it occasionally provides confusion instead — which is not ideal when the whole point is urgency.

Easy effective gadget
Bought for my dad to use if he ever gets in a pickle as he wont use a mobile phone! Works well and as easy to set up.

L’app funziona bene. Il suono è ottimo.
