My combination skin loves this product! I find myself looking forward to using it each morning and night. It absorbs nicely into my skin and leaves it feeling smooth. It's pricey so I dont know how long I'll continue to use it but until then, my skin will enjoy this treat.

This vitamin c serum is very high end and not something I would normally be able to get for myself. It is also packaged in a way that I havent seen before for a vitamin c serum and while I do think it makes the ingredients more effective I dont think I would be able to use the whole tube up within the shelf life so I wish it was something that lasted a little longer the box said 20 days from activation so I am assuming that would be how long after opening. It did not burn or tingle as some vitamin c serums have, but did seem effective and citrusy.

Absolutely love using this Vitamin C serum. It has a mild scent and absorbs well. Definitely helps my complexion and dark spots. I love the design and once you learn how to apply it works very well. Great packaging too and good quality materials. Highly recommend.

I ordered the 2 pack of 1.5 fl. oz. Germaine de Capuccini Vitamin C face serum. Figuring out how to use the product is a little tricky. You need to remove the foil from the bottom of the plastic container, shake vigorously and then press down on the rubber button to mix the elements inside the container together. Then you flip the container over and remove the cap and then press down on the rubber button again to dispense the drops out of a hole under the cap. The product dispenses only a drop at a time but you don't need a lot. I only used 2-3 drops for my whole face. Once opened, the serum only has a 15 day shelf life. I am a bit sensitive to vitamin C products on my face but I didn't have a reaction to this. Made my skin feel really hydrated. The scent is supposed to be aloe vera but I'm not sure I smell that. It does have a light pleasant scent; maybe more citrusy than aloe? At $103.50 for the 2 pack, I think this is expensive.

This is a great vitamin C serum! It's been amazing for my skin, effectively brightening my complexion and gradually lightening my dark spots. I appreciate the clear instructions on the packaging, which made activating and using the serum easy. This serum really is good and I definitely recommend it!

My initial impression of this Vitamin C serum was that the packaging seemed cheap due to the odd plastic cylinder. Not reading the instructions, which naturally I skipped because I use skin care products all the time, I took off the lid. That's not correct. The product requires activation before use. What initially looked cheap is probably a triumph of modern engineering or something! There's a powdered vitamin C that gets mixed into the serum which means that the serum is super fresh and hasn't been sitting in the bottle oxidizing before it got to me. That's pretty fancy!Usage instructions: Do not remove the cap. Rip off the foil sealer at the bottom, press the rubber button that was under the foil a few times, shake vigorously, and then remove the cap. Press the rubber button again to dispense the product which is freshly mixed. Once all that has been done the resulting serum is a very pale yellow in color. Shake again before each use to make sure it’s fully mixed.Once prepared, use daily until gone which they estimate is 20 - 30 days. I'm unclear if that’s for each cylinder or for both. Is this one month's supply or two? The directions are printed inside the box so dissemble it to locate them. A hint in that direction on the outside of the packaging would also have been helpful.The product itself is wonderful. The Vitamin C content is at a 10% concentration which is in the effective range. It’s mixed fresh before the first use, it's at its highest peak of potency. After a few days of use, combined with my other products, my skin appears more radiant, and I’ve noticed some improvement in texture. I’m very satisfied with the performance but the cost gives me pause. I plan to continue using it for 30 days to fully assess and decide if I need more of the same.

This was a nice vitamin C formula cream that comes in a 2-pack. It does have the traditional "orange" scent of other vitamin C creams, but I did not find it to be overpowering and it did dissipate once absorbed. This is a unique formula in that you must release the powder into the serum and shake when you are ready to use, which is really a genius way of keeping the bottle fresh (especially with a 2-pack). The formula is a milky white cream that fully absorbs into the skin without leaving a white cast or tacky residue. I will continue to use this, but not sure if I will repurchase due to the higher price point.
