Perfect. Other pillows were too big/high for my hips following replacement surgery. This pillow places legs in hip joint comfortably.

Fit
They need a new design. The expensive pillow case doesn’t fit the expensive pillow it is covering. It’s awful, but there is no other option I could find to protect the pillow.I have only one pillow and it would be comical for a little stupid button on one pillow to hold two pillows together.

Great Knee Pillow to Alleviate Back Strain While Sleeping
I took a change in purchasing legacy leg and knee form support pillow. I have used it a few nights to get use of it, but to also provide actual experience. I have used a pillow before this, but wanted something smaller and more portable. I need to alleviate the pull on my low back while sleeping. This legacy form pillow is harder than a regular pillow, but after a few nights of getting used to it I believe the the harder form is to help withstand the weight of the leg/knee through the night. Bottom line I am glad I took a chance and am happy with my purchase.

Love, love, love it! Easy to apply formed padding & washes well. Makes the fact that it has to be used nightly, more comfortable. I have even found my big dog resting his head on it when he sneaks up onto my bed during the day to catch a nap.
