Excellent for travel or seasonal storage
This is nicer than anticipated at the price ($16 at time of review).A lot of travel jewelry cases are roll-up, bags, or other soft-sided options, and those are great if you don't need extra protection. This is hard-sided (not like you can knock on it, like it's firm and hard to squash), so your jewelry is not likely to get bent, even if, say, it's just costume jewelry in a checked bag that we all know is going to be abused within an inch of its life (please never, ever, ever, EVER check fine jewelry).I could live without the mirror on this, and would prefer maybe an elasticated pocket there (so that only velvet is touching the tops of the jewelry in the bottom section). The back of the mirror is plain, flat velvet, and there's not room to add much there because it sits so close to the necklace section. There's room for plenty-plenty stud earrings and rings, considering the overall size, and less room for bangles or larger earrings. The dividers come out in the bottom sections so you could get in some larger earrings, but still not bangles. (I don't tend to wear those so it's fine for me - plus on a small/travel jewelry box, it's not really reasonable to expect bangle storage.) Many non-bangle bracelets will fit just fine on necklace slots, as long as the width of the chain/links will go into the loop and it's flexible enough not to take up more space than you're willing to sacrifice. There's plenty of height above the ring section for taller/larger rings, though I would still add a cloth on top of them to keep them from touching the mirror and/or keep them firmly down in the slots. Softer stones don't need to be rubbing up against glass or rattling around in that section. That's not a bad place to carry a little cleaning cloth anyway, but I wouldn't have a cleaning cloth directly touching softer stones or pearls, either. All told, I'm pleased with this and think it's about as well designed as any I've come across in this or even moderately higher price points.

Classy and roomier travel jewlery box
This travel jewelry box is something I knew I needed, but didn't know the size existed, until I came across it!I have a much smaller one that is a square and I pretty much cram as much jewelry as I can fit inside. We are always traveling and in this case, we are currently moving, but I still want access to all of my earrings, necklaces and rings. My overflow of jewelry were being held in cloth bags, but that wasn't working for me.When I saw this, I loved that it was not only functional, but beautiful in the aesthetically pleasing color...I chose Cloud White as the other color choice was Black and this color went with the rest of my things. The top is a soft and puffy texture and has gold zippers. The only con, but not a big deal is that I wish it was a smoother zip...there's a little resistance, but again not a huge deal. When I received it, I immediately dumped all of my jewelry out and began organizing everything.Upon opening the jewelry box, you'll see the middle has 5 rows for rings. The left and the right areas have 8 rows of holes for you to add your earrings. Both sides have a ribbon tab that can be pulled up, where there are 4 extra slots on each side for any extra jewelry to be held.I love that this box comes with a large mirror, and this too has a tab to pull down where you will find 9 hooks to hang your necklaces and tuck them in the pouch below. The plus on this particular box, is that the mirror being in front of the necklaces, keeps them snug and stops them from moving during transit. The one I had before this would always get tangled because they would come out of the pouch and twist with all the other jewelry.I'm so glad I found this, and that it is the perfect size to throw in your purse or overnight bag. It's stylish and has plenty of room for all of your favorite accessories! I'm very happy with this travel jewelry box!!

Loving this larger size travel jewelry case!
I am loving the size of this travel jewelry case! It is large enough that it should work well for a one or two week trip without taking up a lot of space or adding a lot of weight to my suitcase. It has a nice size mirror for those dark hotel rooms with no mirrors except over the sink. The mocha brown felt is really soft! It holds 9 necklaces with a pocket to keep them in place, a large ring compartment that could hold probably 15 rings or more, two smaller divided areas under the earring holders with removable dividers for larger earrings, watches, or bracelets, and two removable earring holders that each hold a whopping 16 pairs of stud earrings! The white exterior looks nice and will wipe clean easily. The gold zippers look nice but are the only weak point; they stick a little around the corners. I’m hoping some zipper ease will help that, because this is a really nice jewelry case for the low cost!

Small But Sturdy Jewelry Case
I’m very surprised by this case. It’s smaller than I thought it would be, but it’s very heavy/sturdy. The zipper pulls require a little effort to make them move because the lid is so tight, but that seems more like a plus than a negative. The top mirror also took a little work to remove it and see the space where necklaces can be stored. This is built for smaller pieces of jewelry – larger pieces may not fit well – but it will hold quite a lot of jewelry. Without difficulty, it will hold 9 necklaces, 32 pairs of earrings, 10 rings, and 8 pins (or something about that size). I’m very happy with this case and can’t wait to use it on my next trip.
