Bought this for a gilding job, it’s quite thick for gold leaf but it did the job and you get real value for money, no complaints

Works beautifully. I put this product on my vintage dining room set (metal). I suggest gloves! Handles very easily!

Blends easily on moist canvas. I really like the size and it sticks perfectly.

Economical.

These are beautiful, ultra thin, ultra fragile gold-colored metal sheets. Not actual gold, but much cheaper, and you can't really tell from their handling or appearance. Applying Gold leaf takes careful preparation and practice. A tip: no drafts at all, not even from moving your hands quickly. This stuff blows away like smoke. I'd spring for real gold if you are burying a Pharaoh mummy, but use these if you work doesn't have to shine after thousands of years. Just like real gold leaf, these are thin enough to be slightly transparent with a greenish tint- this is light actually getting through a thin, thin layer of metal! How cool is that?

Nice sheets to use in artwork !

This does the job, quality is fine, and it was straightforward to use, but gosh what a mess. It gets everywhere. Months after the project I worked on is done and I'm still finding tiny gold flecks on my floors, table, and even parts of the house I didn't use it! The sheets are expectedly fragile but a lot of the sheets in the stack ended up tearing or getting "cracked" so handle with extreme care and a light touch. Either work with the sheets in an area you don't mind getting messy or expect to see remnants of it everywhere. Heads up: I had to buy adhesive for it separately (which I didn't know when I purchased this).

Gets everywhere!!! It also sticks to places where I didn’t put any glue, it’s so bad and it doesn’t even come off from the places there is no glue. I don’t recommend buying this. It ruined the project I was working on. I’m so disappointed. It is not very easy as the packaging does not allow for a good way to preserve it.
