Everything is Perfect and power consumption is extremely low at top speed over my pure sine wave inverter during AC Mains power cutoff. But fan speed & Air delivery at level 1, 2 & 3 is no enough and the rotation of the motor is extremely low.. Best speed & Air delivery can be observed when running at level 4 and above. Otherwise this 1400mm size fan would be good enough for 10/10 room when running at all speed levels of the fan. Atomberg should rethink and do something about it's lower speed issues to serve good Air delivery. Speed Level 1 to 3 seems useless & unsatisfactory to me when I need them the most.

Fan looks like a good piece of energy efficient energy. We trust the marketing claims since actually it is not possible to test this at home easily. However, the company should be more customer friendly by providing a small piece of wire required for fitting the connection. Why can Atomberg not provide a 2 feet piece of the best copper wire which will probably cost them Rs 20 when we are paying Rs 6000 for a fan. That is customer centric attitude, please. Further I installed 2 fans in April 2022. Very surprisingly one fan started to make loud noises in the first week of September 2022 only after less than 5 months. I complained on 30th September 2022. The technician came to check the fan on the same day. He heard the noise and immediately diagnosed it as a problem with the motor. The BLDC technology is based on heavy magnets. That is the core. Shockingly the magnets are just glued on instead of being fixed securing either with a rivet or a groove. This is a serious design issue. The technician had brought the spare set to replace the entire magnets set with another one. They know that this is a common issue faced. This means that the glue can dry up and again give way after two years when the warranty would have expired. Is this a deliberate scam by the IIT Mumbai engineers/Founders of Atomberg or is it a cost cutting serious flaw ? Either way the company should give a lifetime guarantee for this glued magnets since over a period of a few years the glue is invariably bound to dry up and create problems for the customers. Further the replacement is done silently without giving any report so that there are no records of the major flaw. That is unethical in addition to everything else. I hope the customer service of Amazon takes this up with Atomberg. Otherwise we will have to start writing to the consumer forum and also raise this in social forums to make unsuspecting customers aware of this major design flaw. I hope the IIT engineer founders respond to me by finding out my complaint dated today viz 30th September 2022. Also I hope the serial number of the fan has not taken away with the major part replaced. I am still excited by the energy saving concept but am flagging this major design issue as a customer issue.
