We've been using mini ovens for around 20 years now and this 48L Cooks Professional is the best we've experienced. The oven itself is so roomy and it comes with 2 wire racks and a solid grill tray so it is easy to move food up and down to avoid burning while cooking. We make our own bread (by hand, not with a bread maker) and this oven makes it so easy; with previous mini ovens it has been difficult to avoid burning while baking as there just wasn't enough room - this oven is a joy! There is also a removable tray in the bottom for easy cleaning and I find the whole oven inside cleans easily with a soapy cloth (the interior seems to be a kind of non-stick metal). I also like the bright light which means visibility is really good. With previous ovens we have never been able to see clearly how things are cooking so this is a welcome addition. Of course the most important thing for an oven is the power and this 48L is the most powerful mini oven we've experienced and the grill is excellent - it is terrific to have really crispy bacon for a change! The hot plates are instantly responsive which is very satisfying, I can boil an egg in a fraction of the time it used to take and baked beans will be bubbling in around half a minute. With this extra power the food cooks so much quicker and also the hot plates retain heat for about 20 minutes so you can switch them off and the pans will continue simmering for a good while which has to be saving electricity. This also makes it quite easy to share the power between the hot plates and the oven; I bring a pan to the boil on the small hot plate, switch it off and leave it simmering and then turn the oven or grill on and that way all 3 functions can be used together quite effectively. To use the small hot plate the dial on the OVEN function must be turned to the 'Small Hot Plate' setting and then the small hot plate can be turned on using its own dial. This is a useful safety feature given the amount of power this oven has as one of our previous mini ovens didn't have this and if both hotplates and the oven were switched on together accidentally it would blow the whole power in the house! This feature prevents the small hot plate being used at the same time as the oven. The large hot plate can always be used. Apart from this one feature it feels like using a standard cooker but takes up so little space. The mini oven we were sent initially had a faulty door, it screeched when opened and deteriorated rapidly. We had a very good experience with the Cooks Professional customer service team who dispatched a replacement promptly and we sent the faulty oven back in the same packaging using the postage-paid label they provided. The replacement oven is perfect, the door feels strong and opens silently - nice! So thanks very much Cooks Professional, you were great to deal with.

Ideal for a single person , works a treat not much noise at all doesn't take up a lot of room , especially in a galley kitchen cooks well

Works well, looks good and fast delivery, looks to be good quality, only thing I would say is the wood effect on the knobs and handle does chip quite easy

Just what I needed being on my own do not need a b ig cooker now. It does everything and just looks good on my work top. Value for money too and heats up pretty quickly there fore it is saving me money on the electric and cooks really good and quickly too.

Clearly a duff unit - when on top grill only (nothing); on bottom grill only (both top & bottom on); fan always running. Oven temperature thermostat didn't work so temperature went to max max and burnt the Xmas cake to a black crisp ! Replacement functioned more or less correctly but the fan is always on for oven functions (2 settings say "+convection" but no apparent function as fan was always running). At least thermostat worked with replacement. Quality Control clearly an issue.

The first day I used it the bulb went and I don’t know how u change it

Great oven, preheat oven as you would a large one, and let the oven cook your food , I’m very happy with this excellent product and the price is reasonable, I have used this oven for 6 days, I’ve no complaints, even though there is no timer, that should not be a issue, just monitor the time that the food needs to be cooked, One of my best purchases.
