Too much sugar
I dinged this one star for being coated with too much sugar. For now, I rinse them off. I use this mostly to cut up and use in ginger cookies and pumpkin muffins: delicious!!

Great Flavor
This crystallized ginger is very good. Great texture, bursting with flavor. The best I have found so far.

the ginger seemed like it was old. the slices were very thick and hard to chew. I was very dissappointed. they seemed like it was in storage for a long time. I threw the remainder of product away.
