This machine is a true work out. All the parts were there and it was an easy set up. The appearance is pretty. I bought the sea foam green and it is pretty! It keeps up with how many reps you did. It’s super sturdy. It’s a smooth operation and really hits the abs. It size is great even for small homes. I was high impressed. Easy set up, easy storage, over all very nice

My package showed up today..earlier than I expected. There was one corner of the box semi crushed with a hole. The good news is that the machine was packed with enough styrofoam that it faired well. The assembly was fairly easy. I just tried it out and it works!!! I had to laugh because I will need to work up to more reps, yet the handful I managed…I really felt. This machine targets upper, lower and obliques….so far. :)

This was a great find! Super easy to assemble; lightweight and portable. It comes in multiple colors. I ordered the black and red to match my Peloton. I did not expect this to be as effective as it is, but wow, after just a few reps you feel the burn. There are multiple exercises you can use this machine for and the resistance band are nice for lateral raises or tricep kick backs. I would definitely recommend for your home gym. It could be easily stored in a closet and pulled out when you want to use it.

Package was delivered fast. Everything was inside the pack(except for the four screws, which came in screwed and we kept looking for it everywhere, lol) Takes 30mins or so to assemble. This is not gym quality equipment. But it does work. Was stable when I used it few times today & definitely I can feel my abs get engaged. Recommended workout station for your home gym.

Nice while watching tv! Set up was a little confusing but i eventually got it. Its an good price but i got it on sale. Its easy to use and its smooth going up and down.

I enjoy purchasing exercise equipment, so when I noticed this on Amazon, I had to try it. Very easy to assemble. Took maybe 10 minutes. It folds so you can store it easily. Easy to use. After a few reps, you can feel the stomach muscles. It has adjustable hinges that change the angle and difficulty. Built solid and sturdy. I think there would be a variety of ways to use this. Mine has elastic ropes too. So the versatility is numerous. Personally, I like the appearance too. The kneepad foam is of solid quality. Good buy for anyone!

Works well but digital box doesn't work at all. However. The machine works great
