Reasonable Quality and Reasonable Price
Quality of the product is quite good..Used for making pate for myself and my dogs like it in their homemade’Dog Broth’..

Tender and delicious
Excellent product. Have stocked up at offer price for freezer. They cook in a couple of minutes and are very tender with a rich flavour. I briefly saute them with lots of garlic. Whether cooked from fresh or defrosted from freezer they are soft and not leathery. I've often found other types of liver can be unpredictable and turn out tough even cooking at same time and temp as a previous batch. No such issues with these.
