Excellent Product.. Worth more than the price.. if you are thinking to buy, go for it

Very disappointed with this TV. The display stopped working within just 5 months of purchase. I raised a service complaint through Amazon, but no technician visited and there was no proper response from the service team. To make things worse, the complaint was marked as “closed” without resolving the issue. Extremely dissatisfied with both the product quality and the after-sales service. Totally not worth buying this TV. I am extremely disappointed and furious with the VW TV I purchased. This is by far the worst, most pathetic, and fraud brand I have ever come across. The build quality is absolutely cheap and third-class—made with plastic that doesn't even last a month. My TV stopped working within days, and now there’s a screen issue that hasn’t been resolved for over 2 months. Despite calling customer care multiple times, there has been zero response. These people don’t pick up the phone, ignore calls, and don’t even respond to emails. Their so-called customer support is filled with rude, unprofessional, and clueless individuals who are not even capable of having a basic conversation. This is a clear case of fraud and false advertising. I am now left with a defective product and no support or solution from the company. If this issue is not resolved IMMEDIATELY by either providing a replacement or a full refund, I will be left with no option but to take strict legal action, including filing an FIR against the brand and the executives I spoke to. I request Amazon to take this matter seriously and remove this fake brand from your platform immediately. This is not just a defective product—this is a scam being sold under your trusted platform, and customers like me are suffering for no fault of our own. DO NOT BUY THIS
