I prefer these to Liquid IV! I lost my sensation of thirst over a year ago and struggle to get adequate hydration. My doctor needs me to get one of these in per day to help keep up with hydration. However, it contains a high amount of sodium, which is why I’m giving it four instead of five stars. I expected to see sugar free somewhere on the ad page or the box. Nothing like that appeared anywhere.

I bought these to sample them and the flavor was great. However, several came with the powder clumped together.
