Love ar first site!!
Plugged it in as soon as I got and started using it at work and i had to put in a reviewimmediately!!. Man this mouse feels awesome on my hand!! Much more accurate than a regular mouse, I have an ergonomic mouse but learned about these ball mouse tracker and I has to give it it try!!This is much better than a regular ergonomic mouse for sure!! And can't go wrong with Logitech, I own Logitech gaming mouse and that thing is awesome as well!!If you have frost problem etc this is the way!!For some it may take time to get used to but for me it all felt natural!!Picture enclosed includes my previous ergonomic mouse and this new one.

Works great!
Got this trackball to replace my older Logitech trackball that I used daily for several years before I wore it out. The ball and main buttonss are super comfortable. Simple install, plug and play. I used their software to program the extra buttons, but I don't use them as much as I thought due to their position and my stubby fingers. They work exactly as designed just in a bit of a wierd spot. Good construction and very smooth ball. Ill buy another one when I wear this one out.

Good quality, long battery life, looks classy
Batter has lasted a couple of months so far without charging. The roller ball glides smoothly and the ergonomic design fits my hand nicely. Buttons don’t stick or anything and it’s light but has enough weight to no get knocked around too easily. Functions as expected and seems high quality as this brand typically does. I didn’t want to spend this much on a mouse, but I know it will last for a really long time so I went for it.

Great unit with inadequate initial documentation.
I purchased the M575S to replace a 16 year old Logitech Trackman wired trackball with a failing scroll wheel. Ergonomically, the M575S has the same feel and response as the older unit, but has two additional programmable buttons, and is, of course, wireless. The M5755S comes complete with an installed AA battery and "logi bolt" dongle, which I assume, is a Bluetooth adaptor. I found that the unit paired with my PC's Bluetooth without needing the dongle. So far, so good. The problem is that the documentation that comes with the unit is barebones. Well, it's a trackball. What is it you need to know? To start with, what does the button on the bottom of the unit do? Where is the dongle? How do you program the two programmable buttons? There are two 3 step pictographic instructions for Bluetooth and dongle operations printed on the inside of a cardboard sleeve that wraps the unit, but all they do is show how to turn the unit on and connect it. (obviously, add it as a Bluetooth device or plug-in the dongle.)There is also link to the "Logi App" and another link for support. So yeah, you have to download the app, but make sure you download the Options+ app and not its predecessor, which will not detect the presence of the device. Assuming that you have located the dongle inside the battery compartment or connected to the device via Bluetooth, once you have the app and it connected to your PC, your questions will be answered.Needless to say, I'm a big fan of Logitech trackballs, and so far the M575S has met my expectations, but the included instructions could have been clearer.

Recommend
I have had the mouse for a few months and so far so good. I got it because of the pain in my shoulder from scrolling with a reglar mouse. The battery life is great, the ball is smooth when scrolling and it is functional for everyday use. I do not use the bluetooth feature. It is pricey but it has been worth the money for me.

Great Mouse
I have owned a few of these track ball type mouses before. I like this brand Logtec because the buttons seem to last longer then the " knock off " track ball mouses. This mouse needs a strong AA type battery. A weak battery will not work. This is the best mouse to use for work or for gaming in my opinion. This model has a new frame but it still feels like the old shape. I highly recommend this mouse.

Greatly improved over earlier model
My last Logitech roller ball mouse was five years old and it was really failing fast!I thought I would take a chance on the latest model and wow I am so pleased I did! Both the ball action and click response is far better than I ever experienced with the old oneMakes using my computer so much more functional and even enjoyable!Great product!

Great, but doesn't work with the old unifying Logitech receivers
I can't use a mouse any more and these are the best trackballs IMHO. Just watch out. If you are expecting to use with with other Logitech products with a "unifying" receiver, DONT buy this one. It doesn't work with the unifying receivers.
