My mother has dementia, can’t walk. This lift has made our lives and quality of hers so much better. It’s scary at first and it pinched her fingers once but she was holding too close to the middle part of the hand rest so be careful for that because I squished one of her fingers once. I felt so bad. There’s no warning. Just make sure you place the chair part down before they sit down in their wheelchair because then they don’t have to stand back up.Overall this lift has made everything so much easier for us.

Acquiring a refund for this product is lengthy. I have been waiting a month for the refund to be processed. This amount of time is in acceptable.

Works okay, not as good on carpet.

This has been a lifesaver in helping me get my bedbound husband out of bed . It rolls easily Very easy to operate. I feel comfortable using it by myself and my husband feels safe in it . I love it and would highly recommend it .

This says it can hold a lot of weight but it is definitely not strong enough for even a small person, ridiculous, I deserve at least a partial amount back!!!!!
