I’ve owned and use a pair of gloves remarkably similar to the Westwood fox brand. I’ve had them for some years and no trouble at all until recently when I got drenched in a heavy downpour and the gloves became saturated for the first time ever. The cure for whetted leather gear including gloves is to use good old fashioned “Dubbin” my gloves were regenerated instantly and are back to being soft and warm again.However I noticed a tear on my right thumb caused by the twist grip so decided it was time for a new pairAnd was delighted to find the Westwood fox brand on Amazon. The new gloves by Westwood fox are exactly the same as my old gloves in every detail apart from the size so I followed the instructions in the description and found I needed a size up on my old gloves and ordered medium.Others have reported that damp gloves drag the lining out of the fingers due to sweating and water leakage the problem is more likely to be a poor fitting glove and I would suggest measuring your hands properly as it certainly shows I was wearing the wrong size.My gloves came on time and were perfect, and they fit really well and are very supple. I personally suffer from a deformity of my third finger which gets worse with age and the finger is gradually curling towards my palm. Having lovely soft flexible gloves like these has allowed me to continue riding into old age and I will be 80 come November. I can manoeuvre my third finger into the gloves with very little difficulty. The gloves have kept me warm and dry in the coldest of weather and I don’t have wind deflectors on my scooter either as I don’t feel the need for them and they tend to interfere with braking anyway.So if you are looking for a pair of very reasonably priced quality soft gloves then I give them top marks all round . Just make sure you treat them with care and a good coat of “Dubbin” every month or so especially in bad weather.On a separate note: the deformity in my finger is known as Dupuytrens contraction. It is quite common in people of my age and is completely painless but gradually gets worse over time, although though I find it helps if I exercise my hands with a squeeze ball. The cause is Collagen growth underneath the tendon that pushes the tendon out of place and ultimately curls the finger inwards towards the palm. and so far as I’m aware there is no known treatment for it that offers a complete cure.For the price these Westwood Fox brand are really good value and are certainly helping me to keep riding.

A comfortable and practal pair of motorcycle gaunlets.Nothing wrong all stiching was good important because inexpensivegloves are made of a lot of smaller sections of leather . Size good.Lining good.. for that price even if they wear out more quickly youcan afford another pair .A good tip with dark or black smooth leather gloves is before use rub a small ammount of moisturising cream into them it helps feed the leather and protect it .

These gloves are great, they are lovely and warm.Really pleased with my purchase. Can't go wrong for the price. Absolute bargain.

I have a 9.5 inch hand and it just falls into what they say should be a size L. I went for an XL.They are soft and comfortable. They are warm.I drove for 3 hours and found my hands sweated in them. I had to take my fingers out with care as once the finger lining came out with my fingers and it was hard to get back in. Then they didn't dry quickly.I had looked at others costing €100 - 120 and didn't expect anything great; but as I'm only starting off and needed something; I gave these a try. I'm happy with them and not going to replace them anytime soon. I've driven in the rain but not a real downpour yet. My hands remained dry and comfortable.Definitely worth the money.

Had some gloves but as winter rolled in I quickly realised they were not enough. Got recommended these and originally got the wrong size but when I tried the smaller they felt ok and after a few wears they were super comfortable and I haven't had frozen fingers since! They're also good at protecting as I came off my bike just after purchasing and there's barely a mark despite me putting my hands first onto the road and if you didn't know you wouldn't see a thing! The one single minor downside is that they don't really fit over my jacket but I easily solved that by putting the gloves on then my Jacket on top.

Would give 0 starsVery Poor quality I wore then once and when I tried to put them back on I could not get my fingers back in as the lining had all come out and could not get it go back in and I spent over 20 mins trying, in the end I had to rip out the lining so could get back home with at least some protection which means unfortunately I can't return them as now damaged so I would say avoid and spend the extra money as I have learnt

Disappointed not waterproof or rain proof. Finger linings also an issue with coming out when you take your hand out . Gloves feel soft and comfortable and I would say fairly warm .probably OK for the money

Feel great, fit great.. and worked well other night at 33° F on my motorcycle...

Bought those in special and I'm so glad I did! Well made, nice leather, warm on cold days and for the price I paid, I am very impress of the quality! Nice brand.
