I’ve been using this incubator for about 6 months now and I’ve hatched quail eggs and chickens eggs it’s the best little incubator I’ve ever had it’s also the 2nd one I’ve owned the other one I bought from tractor supply different brand twice the price of this one

Came back to edit: this incubator doesn't maintain temperature. Be sure to use another thermometer to monitor because the unit said 99.5 but the thermometer we checked with said 98.1. We lost an entire incubator of eggs to this as we were gone for 4 days and came home and candled and noticed a lack of development compared to previous week. And the temperature was so different than what the incubator said. Extremely upset with it. Do NOT buy this incubator.The instructions are less than phenomenal. This is the most complicated incubator I've ever had to work with. Also if you put the automatic waterer in , the humidity will be 90 percent . It has no way to regulate it to a lower humidity. It took 2 days of trial and error to get it to a stable temp and humidity . Very frustrating. Would reccomend buying a different one

It worked great and on the 21 day out of twelve aggs nine hatched wonderfully. Three are still in the incubator. and the price of this incubator was very good. It has an alarm and what I like most about it is the DC connection in case we lost power, but we didn’t but it’s nice to have that option. The only thing bad I can say about it is I didn’t want to take the foam off because instruction says that it helps with the heat, but I was impatient and wanted to see my chicks when they were hatching so I just cut an opening and I put some saran wrap around the ledge of itand and that did the w and that did the work

I started to use it but the instructions require the container to remain in the foam that was delivered in. And you can’t watch the eggs. And my box had no instructions. Kinda bummer. So I ended up using my smaller incubator instead.

Great hatch rate with this incubator. Humidity is hard to control and it’s unfortunate they don’t supply the water bottles to go with it. Suggest putting a rag in the bottom of the incubator to all it to soak up water and help keep humidity controlled better. Otherwise works great and fairly easy to use. I do wish the lid were clear in order to see the eggs cracking/ hatching.

This incubator is not for a first time buyer or first time Hatcher. Most of the instructions are pretty straightforward but it is missing MAJOR information about humidity and temperature and where to maintain your incubator for better hatch outcome. I laid 30 chicken eggs, and out of those 30 so far only 18 are looking like they will hatch. The humidity is so hard to maintain, the instruments they sent with this incubator does not work. It doesn’t come with the bottle that is needed for the instrument. You cannot watch your chicks hatch since there is a styrofoam box around it, therefore putting the chicks in danger when it’s time to hatch. Overall, you pay what you get for! I barely made it through and I’m crossing my fingers my chicks hatch healthy, they are supposed to hatch 2 days for today. YouTube was a big helper but no video for what is actually needed. Overall, I do not recommend this incubator. PLEASE BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!
