TerravitaAmerican Saffron (Safflower) Tea (25 tea bags, ZIN: 513251)

A friend of mine told me about this tea after I described some symptoms I was having. Bloating, excess gas, pain in the gut, bladder pain, skin problems, loose bowel etc. She suggested I may have leaky gut, something she used to have and healed through dietary changes and drinking this tea regularly. I have been drinking it regularly about 3 weeks and have noticed a great improvement. I have also given up gluten it should be noted. That has helped a lot as well. I know the tea helps because I missed it for a couple days in a row and things started going south again. I am back on it and my gut feels great. Even went overboard eating nuts yesterday, which normally sends my gut into a tailspin. NO PROBLEMS WHATSOEVER!I also have had skin issues my whole life (57 now) with regular acne, rashes, hives, itchiness. This has improved considerably. I make a small pot of tea daily, with one tea bag and get a couple cups out of it. I don't add any milk or sweetener as I'm trying to reduce sources of inflammation. It's very mild tasting. My bladder pain (possibly IC, but have never been diagnosed) has gone way down as well, though that may have more to do with giving up gluten which reduces inflammation in the body greatly. I will stick with this tea, as it is a contributor to my healing process for sure! Will update if anything changes.
