Used it on two of my vehicles as a final rinse. It worked great. No spots were visible after my vehicles dried.

I received my DIC-20B and used it once. After the first use all the resin leaked out of one of the internal filters. I reached out and they gave me a couple suggestions that did not work. I replied back a few times and was ghosted. I never got another response back. My only option at this point is to return it.

Love it! Made detailing my cars at home easy. Leaves them spotless - you don’t even have to dry the car and it will be perfect! Easy to set up and use, too.

The system works great and seems to be of good quality. The shipping was prompt but a needless pita. They required a signature and disabled the ability to have it left at a facility for pick up. Buy directly from the manufacturer to avoid that hassle and having to take off from work to wait on a delivery that MIGHT happen.

Awesome product just wish they wouldn’t use Fedex as their delivery agent, nothing but disappointment from them. Boxes arrived open and damaged, fortunately my filters were not damaged. Wouldn’t stop me from ordering again just be prepared to be disappointed with the delivery delays.

I had been going to a automatic car wash.. I know I know. Cancelled my monthly subscription. First car was at home talk about water spots! Purchased this unit absolutely no water spots 🙂. My water was measuring about 260 tds with the unit 0.

I punched the unit DIC-20B, W/Integrated Bypass in the middle of 2025. I used it on a holiday weekend. I hooked my unit up to ryobi power washer rated 2gpm but produces less than this approximately 1.8gpm. The tap reads 65psi. These numbers are below or at there requirements of 2gpm and 75psi. The 3/8od 1/4ID bypass tubing the tap setting worked fine but faild on the DI setting. Of course the company was not open to assist so I replaced some tubing with a stronger one the elbow blew off so I replaced it. All parts replaced with sharkbite push to connect. It worked fine until I realized I was getting high ppm hard water way sooner than expected. I pulled the cartridges off to prepare for resin change. I discovered a 1 way valve failed and broke a d was on the outlet of the resin carts. I reached out for assistance/warranty claim i was met with "Hello, Thank you for providing these images. We are unsure how this piece was removed from your system, however it is required and necessary to be in there as it is responsible for helping keep your tap and di water separated. We will be sending you a replacement white one way valve as a one time courtesy. You will simply need to insert it through the outlet opening with the black o ring going in first." I found it frustrating that they state they do not know how it happened but refused to be open to anything to them or the manufacturer of the parts the use. I do appreciate them sending me the plastic check valve. I changed it out and had the exact same issue this time with threaded male push to connect part that connects to the black housing. I reached out for troubleshooting and was asked to send pictures. I did and added details of what I'm seeing. Days go by I again have to reach out to confirm they received my message. Which was where do I place the check valve you(cr spotless) recommend?I then receive a response "We can clearly see that there have been modifications made to the head assembly and therefore we are unable to provide any further tech support." I expected help not parts.
