Excellent rub for Roasted Chicken.
I rub chicken with this, and roast it right on the rack in the oven. then I toss potatoes, cauliflower, olive oil, a little salt, and just a touch of this on a roasting pan beneath the chicken to catch all the juices, and it's SUBLIME. If you need a little spice add some sliced chili to the potatoes, and it comes out amazing.

Mild in spice but full of flavour. Add in your own extra coconut milk to make it more lush.

Reliable curry sauce
Reliable curry sauce that you can count on for a quick curry night. I always have some in my store cupboard. It is a mild sauce so will cover all my family members which like it mild. The ones that like it hot can add chillies or some hot paste to spice it up more.

Nice and tasty. MIld but full of flavour. Bought it add hoc having been tempted by Amazon Pantry and have to say it made a nice change to what I normally do. Would buy again. Nice natural taste.
